Before you order
Availability, the exact specification and condition, warranty information, delivery destination, dispatch estimate and total price are confirmed before you pay. Catalogue illustrations are not evidence of stock.
Supplier fulfilment
Your supplier may ship directly to you on LoboMann’s behalf. LoboMann remains the retailer and your contact. The agreed shipping service, tracking, insurance arrangements and any signature requirements must be confirmed for each order; we do not promise next-day or worldwide delivery without confirmation.
Payment methods
Online checkout, when enabled for a confirmed piece, is hosted by Stripe. Eligible cards, wallets and other methods appear at checkout according to your location, device, currency and order. Availability is not guaranteed for every method. We do not collect card numbers on this website.
Delivery questions
Contact office@lobomann.com with your order reference. Do not treat a return from a payment page as proof of dispatch. Shipping follows payment verification and order review.
The final price
The amount and currency, applicable taxes and any delivery costs will be disclosed before your payment. Any cross-border charges or limitations must be agreed before the order; international delivery is not offered by default.
